ALPINE, Texas – The Texas Lutheran men’s tennis team posted an 8-1 American Southwest Conference West Division victory Friday over Sul Ross State.

The TLU men improved to 2-5 overall and to 1-2 in the ASC West. Sul Ross fell to 1-4 overall and to 0-2 in the ASC West.

The Bulldog men received singles victories from No. 1 Jonathan Hartwell, No. 3 Travis Conn, No. 4 Mark Moellering, No. 5 Ryan Delcambre, and No. 6 David Schneider.

The Bulldogs swept the three doubles match with wins by Matt Allen and Travis Conn at No. 1, Moellering and Hartwell at No. 2, and Delcambre and Schneider at No. 3.
