TLU's Carly Hansen brings home third-place finish at Schreiner

KERRVILLE, Texas – Texas Lutheran’s Carly Hansen closed the Schreiner Shootout with an 81 and claimed third place in the individual standings.
Hansen followed her 88 on Monday with the 81 on Tuesday. Hansen’s 81 was the third-lowest round of the day.
Hansen (Coleraine, Minn./Greenway) finished six shots behind Callie Rice of the University of Texas at Tyler, who carded a 78 on Tuesday to go with her 85 on Monday.
Kristen Davenport of Southwestern took second with a two-day score of 165 after a 79 and an 86.
TLU’s Angela Aufderhaar (Seguin/Seguin) placed 13th after an 89 on Monday and an 87 on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs brought home seventh place after a 370 on Monday and 366 on Tuesday.
Southwestern won the team title with a 677 total score.
